MoA suspends programmes

The Ministry of Agriculture informs farmers and the general public that both the Livestock Management and Infrastructure Development and the Special ISPAAD programmes have been suspended with immediate effect until further notice.
The suspension is meant to give the ministry enough time to clear the backlog for procurement of small livestock. Further, as both programmes (LIMID and Special ESPAAD) are being reviewed, this will give the ministry enough time to finalise the review. Ends
