24 Feb 2016

A renowned leadership coach and inspirational speaker, Ms Hanna Lecha, has urged business projects owners to consider the master mind group concept.

Ms Lecha, founder and managing director of Leadership Nurturing Company, described  the master mind concept as a supporting structure, which could go a long way in sustaining business projects.
She was giving a motivational speech at a media briefing organised by Apostle Nonofo Mataboge of Assemblies of God church who introduced his new gospel album.

She said most projects collapsed because owners worked in isolation, hence failing to face challenges. She emphasised the need for entrepreneurs to form master mind groups noting that the concept comprised of people with different skills and minds.

Ms Lecha said the concept offered a combination of brainstorming, education and support in a group setting to sharpen businesses and personal skills.
The concept of the master mind group was introduced by Napoleon Hill, an American author in the early 1990s.

And in his book titled: Think and Grow Rich, he wrote about the master mind principle as the coordination of knowledge and effort of two or more people who worked towards a definite purpose in the spirit of harmony.
Master mind group acted as a catalyst for growth and also brought commitment, excitement, problem solutions, generated creative idea and also challenged each other to set goals.

Ms Lecha said in a master mind group, every person's participation and commitment were key and other members helped to brainstorm new possibilities and set up accountability structures that keep one focused on track.
She said the concept helped to think big, grow personally and spiritually even in business adding that it also cut the costs because people contributed and invested in each other.

In addition, she challenged entrepreneurs to look into the concept adding that there was power in master mind concept that could take entrepreneurs to new heights.
Other benefits of a master mind group included increased confidence that one had made the right decisions and were taking the right action to achieve goals and sense of shared endeavour.

People who had the similar interests; different skills; who wanted to reach or exceed their goals; who want change could join the group.
Ms Lecha is also passionate about inspiring people to overcome their limiting beliefs and take action to accomplish their personal, professional and business goals.

Her main goal is to assist business owners to reach their desired goals through personal growth, leadership development and business coaching. Ends
