Wildlife department has new director

Major General Otisitswe Tiroyamodimo has been appointed the new director of the Department of Wildlife and National Parks effective from December 1.
According to a press release from the Ministry of Environment, Wildlife and Tourism, the wildlife and national parks department is tasked with the responsibility of conserving and managing the county’s fish and wildlife resources and their habitats in consultation with local, regional and international stakeholders.
