The managing director and founder of Leadership Nurturing, Ms Hannah Lecha, has advised individuals and organisations to maximise their potential to reach desired goals.
Speaking at the annual exclusive simulcast leadership conference in Francistown on Tuesday, Ms Lecha said the event was meant to offer leadership experience to the community.
The conference, she said, also offered area leaders an opportunity to watch, listen and learn from world renowned leaders.
She said the event also aimed at equipping attendees with new perspectives and practical tools that they could immediately put in action. Ms Lecha drew from her own personal life and business experience to lead people in achieving success personality and professionally through John Maxwell`s proven leadership principles.
She encouraged the audience not to put blame others, but rather sought solutions to the problem and respond to the actions to get activated.
Ms Lecha noted that an intentional life embraced things that would add to the mission of significance.
In addition, she said, as a business coach, one must specialise in supporting professionals, entrepreneurs, business owners and people in transmission to move past self-sabotage.
Ms Lecha urged the audience not to miss out on the wealth of wisdom that other leaders in attendance brought to the table, assisting the heart and soul of leadership in their community. The conference was broadcast life in 400 sites in 32 countries which features Maxwell, Patrick Liecioni, Valorie and Kevin Turner respectively. Ends
