04 Mar 2013

Air Botswana’s Teemane Club, free for any person flying Air Botswana, is reportedly doing well.

That is according to the programme coordinator, Mrs Mogolo Mokgosi who told a press conference at the official opening of Pula lounge last week that they have so far registered 2 500 members who have a tier of host benefits which include priority wait listing, upgrading to business class, check-in and boarding.

Also, Mrs Mokgosi said customers enjoy excess baggage, allowances guaranteed seats and exclusive benefits for silver, gold and diamond members.

On excess baggage, she explained that the silver card member was entitled to a five kilogram excess baggage, ten for the gold member and 15 kilograms for the diamond member.

Customer and Ground Services director, Mr Robert Mpabanga said the programme was exclusive and offers a range of privileges to the company’s frequent flyers, designed to enhance their journey before, during and after their flight.

Mr Mpabanga also noted that with such a programme, their regional network and destinations enjoyed a world of benefits, convenience and personalised service whenever they travelled with Air Botswana.

Also, he said customers earned status and bonus miles on ticket purchased and flown on Air Botswana and redeeming miles for ticket purchase and companion awards. ENDS
