Y Care charitable trust, on May 10, hosted its first annual expo with the purpose of promoting walks and healthy living.

Participants from different organisations walked from BotswanaCraft to airport then back to the starting point. Y Care Charitable Trust coordinator, Mr Stellan Bengtsson said the purpose of holding such expo was to promote walking and healthy living.

He said they also wanted to give their sponsors chance to showcase themselves. He noted that they were on the 16th pre walk, adding that among others were Gabane – Kolobeng; Manyana – Mogonye; Rasesa - Matsieng footprint; and many others.

Participants jogged and made different exercises including zumba dance.
The style is an aerobics fitness programme that incorporates different Latin dance styles plus a choreography that includes hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo and martial arts.

Squats and lunges were also included.
