Dr Micus Chimbombi laid to rest

Hundreds of mourners among them President Advocate Duma Boko and Vice President Ndaba Gaolathe gathered in Makopong to bid farewell Dr Micus Chimbombi who was laid to rest on Sunday. Dr Chimbombi passed away on July 26 while serving as Minister of Lands and Agriculture, as well as MP for Kgalagadi South. Speakers remembered him as God-fearing, humble and visionary servant of the people. He began his career in 1986, and rose through the ranks to become permanent secretary in the then Ministry of Agriculture.
