Gerald junior secondary school on cards

Parliament has been informed that there are plans to construct a junior secondary school at Gerald Estates in Francistown West.
Answering a question in Parliament from Member of Parliament for Francistown West, Dr Habaudi Hubona, Assistant Minister of Education and Skills Development, Mr Patrick Masimolole said the project had been in the plan since the National Development Plan 9 and was at tender adjudication stage.
He further said construction was expected to start in May/June 2014 and estimated completion date was September 2015.
Dr Hubona had asked the minister to state if there were plans to construct a junior secondary school within the Gerald Estates locality in Francistown West and to state the date when construction would commence and its completion date. Ends
