PNR advances plans to revive Selebi Phikwe

Premium Nickel Resources (PNR) is making progress towards resuming mining operations in Selebi Phikwe, following a significant increase in estimated ore resources at its Selebi North and Selebi Main shafts. PNR Managing Director, Mr Tidimalo Tito, said this during a recent site visit to the mine by Selebi Phikwe West Member of Parliament, Mr Reuben Kaizer. Mr Tito said PNR had successfully acquired the two shafts, adding that resuming mining operations came with significant responsibility and the potential to transform Selebi Phikwe’s economic landscape. He said extensive exploration was necessary before mining operations could begin, as it would help establish the extent, quality and overall value of the mineral resources. ENDS
