The Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure has collaborated with Moshupa District Council to assist with the grading of Moshupa-Tshwane-Ralekgetho-Pitseng road. Answering a question in Parliament on Friday, the Minister of Transport and Infrastructure, Mr Noah Salakae said the collaboration was in recognition of the significant economic benefit of this road. He said his ministry maintained its gravel road networks through inhouse dry grading teams on a quarterly basis.However, Mr Salakae said the ministry had not been able to achieve grading routine in Moshupa district due to breakdown of the grader.The minister was responding to a question from the MP for Moshupa/Manyana, Mr Karabo Gare who had asked the minister to state the ministry’s intent measures to undertake the Moshupa-Tshwane-Ralekgetho-Pitseng road usable and safe for motorists.
