Ramaphosa Concludes Two-Day State Visit

South Africa’s President Cyril Ramaphosa has returned home this evening after completing a two-day state visit to Botswana. ‎ ‎During the visit, he co-chaired the Sixth Botswana-South Africa Bi-National Commission with Botswana’s President Advocate Duma Boko. ‎ ‎The high-level meeting ended with four new bilateral agreements being signed to boost cooperation between the two neighboring countries in the areas of energy, water quality management, correctional services, and other priority sectors. ‎ ‎The talks also reaffirmed the close ties of friendship, solidarity, and shared history that form the foundation of relations between Botswana and South Africa. ‎ ‎Source : BOPA
