Proflight Lands In Maun

Proflight has landed in Maun on May 2 marking its new direct service in a bid to strengthen regional air links to the premier tourism destination.
The flight was welcomed in a special way by the Civil Aviation Authority of Botswana and the local media.
In an interview with Air Botswana station manager in Maun, Ms Matlhagonolo Lenkothwane appreciated that they had added a new flight to their customer airlines connecting Maun, Livingstone and Lusaka.
The new flight, she said would be flying on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
"For its first time landing, we recieved three passenger in and two going out and we are hopeful that the number will increase going forward," she added.
Ms Lenkothwane also appreciated that the flight would expand regional network and enhance tourism connections. ENDS
