MOH back to school raises funds for needy

The Ministry of Health (MOH) recently held a back to school event in an endeavour to raise funds towards social responsibility projects.

Speaking at the event the Minister of Health Dr John Seakgosing who was the school head of the masquerade Botsogo Primary School said the pledges by the MOH staff would have a positive impact in projects such as building houses for the needy.

He said he would be handing over a house at Palapye in the coming week. He encouraged staff to continue with fund raising activities across the country while looking for other beneficiaries.

The director of Health Policy Development Monitoring and Evaluation (HPDME) who was the deputy school head, Ms Naledi Mlaudzi commended  the MOH staff for their committed participation in the event, saying that the activities helped in raising funds for helping the needy. The events, she said, also helped in the interaction of the different staff members and also the fun filled activities helped to relieve stress. Ends
