The  Grand Palm Resort in Botswana this year celebrates 30 years anniversary,  marking the occasion with a series of lifestyle events kicking off with a three-part gin experience. 

The first event in the series is scheduled for March 28. Celebrated annually around November, the Grand Palm’s gin experience is not only a showcase of some of the best gin brands under one roof, both locally and international crafted; it is also a vibrant celebration of fashion, artistry and culture.

Over the years, the event has hosted some of Botswana’s talented entertainers such as Boogie Sid and Brand among others, alongside scrumptious cuisine, making it one of the memorable lifestyle social events to attend.

According to Grand Palm marketing manager Malebogo Motlaleng, the event was designed as a vibrant social gathering where guests could explore premium gin brands, enjoy expertly crafted cocktails and experience live entertainment in a relaxed outdoor setting.

“The event runs from 3pm to 11pm with guided gin tastings for a limited time from 3pm to 7pm, giving guests an opportunity to sample a curated selection of premium gin products and learn more about mixology and flavour profiles,” Motlaleng explained.

To support the three decade commemoration of hospitality and entertainment and lifestyle experiences at the Grand Palm, some of the leading lifestyle brands such as Collections by BK Proctor, Schwepps, Benju as well as SMC Brands among others will be showcased.

The two additional editions of the three-part series are scheduled for July 18 and November 7, 2026. Tickets for the first event are priced at P200, P400 and P1,500, and are available at the Grand Palm Resort. ENDS
