Known for his captivating voice and motivational energy, Phologa has a growing following and is determined to make The Quest a household name beyond Botswana’s borders.
“In addition to my radio career, I am a sought-after motivational speaker. My experience working with various corporate organisations speaks to that,” he said.
Phologa also had a short stint at Radio Botswana 2 (RB2), where he co-hosted The Warm Up every Friday from midnight to 3am alongside renowned presenter Osi Lashani. Sharing his journey in the media industry, Phologa revealed that his passion for radio began in childhood stage.
“I was always glued to the radio. I drew inspiration from presenters like Resego Motlhokathari, Osi Lashane, and Khumo Kgwaadira. It was from them that the dream conceptualise,” he recalled.
He also served as a brand ambassador for a clothing label in Kanye and was once nominated as a Botswana Talent Show presenter. Despite his progress, Phologa admits that financial challenges hindered the full potential of The Quest.
