Renowned United States of America, gospel artiste Travis Greene, will be in Botswana on July 21 as part of his global celebration tour marking 10 years since the release of his powerful worship anthem, Made A Way.
The event scheduled for the University of Botswana Indoor Sports Arena promises to be a historic gathering of worship, testimony, and national unity.
The event coordinator and member of the organising team, Onalenna Keitseope alias Ounah, confirmed that the monumental occasion would coincide with the President’s Holidays, making it a meaningful and timely celebration.
The celebrated local gospel artiste said what started as a moment of worship had grown into a global anthem of hope.
Greene, who has been nominated for six consecutive Grammy Awards between 2016 and 2021, is bringing a full worship experience to Botswana in celebration of the decade-long journey of miracles, revival, and testimonies sparked by the Made A Way.” song.
“We are still in awe of what God has done through the song, Made A Way.”
He said that the celebration would not be complete without local talent hence Tlotlo of the hit song, Ke nako yame, Johnson Pheto and Mogi Aaron would also be part of the lineup.
Greene, who has won a total of 13 major awards, including two Billboard Awards in 2017 and 2018, as well as an impressive 11 Stellar Awards, will be joined by a star-studded lineup of gospel music ministers from across the continent and beyond.
These include, Forward City Music from USA, Minister GUC from Nigeria, known for the hit song, You Are All That Matters, Kaestrings, a rising star from Nigeria Grace Idowu, South Africa’s legendary Keke Bishop Joey Mofoleng from Spirit of Praise, known for Mananjalo and Seteng Sediba,
