Airport Junction Mall Garden on Saturday burst into a worship ground characterised by communion spirit as Kealeboga Gaelebale, popularly known as DJ Kellz, with South African youth pastor and socialite Rorisang Thandekiso, hosted the much-anticipated Worship in the Garden.
Speaking at the event, DJ Kellz reflected on his journey from being a DJ in various places to organising the event, which he said he managed to pull off through his faith and by the grace of God.
DJ Kellz mentioned that as soon as he paid the headliner, Rorisang, God started working miracles; Tshepo Lesole and Tlo-Tlo, offered to perform for free.
“It was amazing how everyone came together. As soon as I made that payment, God made everything else fell into place,” he said.
DJ Kellz expressed his joy in seeing young people worshipping and praying together.
“This event was more than just music; it was an encounter with God. I’m grateful for everyone who came and for all the artistes who gave their time and talent,” he added.

DJ Kellz noted that guests were asked to bring non-perishable food items as their entry fee, showing that worship and giving went hand in hand.

The collected donations, he said, would support families and communities in need through trusted outreach teams.

The event also featured local pastors in the likes of Pastors Mmoloki Mogokgwane of Arukah, JJ of Christian Revival Church, and Matthews Papi of Kingdom City, who reminded attendees of God's faithfulness and the importance of staying grounded in faith.

Rorisang Thandekiso, known for her Jesus This, Jesus That movement, encouraged the youth to be steadfast in their Cristian faith and not be distracted by worldly things because they lead to destruction of one's future.

She also applauded DJ Kellz for organising the event and suggested that it be called Worship in the Garden with Jesus, which DJ Kellz said was just the beginning as he intended to continue creating spaces where faith and community service met.
