An enchanting acoustic music and coffee show is scheduled for Saturday at Ginger Pink Bakery.

Curated by Goth Rose, the show is a cultural experience that combines music, poetry, art exhibitions and fashion. 

The show also features a line-up of talented artistes who are expected to share their unique melodies and stories on stage. 

“Our goal is to create a vibrant eclectic atmosphere where artistes and audience can connect on a deeper level,” said Rose in an interview.

The show, which is held every two months, has a fashion theme for each episode and this time around the theme is; Plaid. 

“The theme Plaid speaks to a sense of timelessness and versatility. 

Plaid is a classic pattern that carries a rich history, symbolising both tradition and individuality,” she said, adding that it also reflected a fusion of the old and new.

She also said the theme carried a sense of comfort and cosiness, inviting guests to relax and enjoy the intimate atmosphere of the acoustic performances of the day. 

“The backdrop pattern’s intersecting lines and vibrant colours represent the diversity and connection among artistes and attendees, celebrating the intersection of music, poetry, art and fashion,” Rose said.

Artistes scheduled to perform at the event include Blxck Hippy, Serene Malaika, Justin, Belin, Khumo, Plutonian, Refilwe Boleseng and WADA. Ends
