Veterinary services in ear tagging campaign

The Department of Veterinary Services (DVS) is carrying out a country-wide ear tagging campaign.
A press release from Ministry of Agriculture stated that farmers would be informed about the schedule as their turn approaches.
The release said in order to avoid inconvenience, farmers were requested to ensure that appropriate documentation was available on presentation of the animals. This included valid brand certificates and identification cards and brands should be clearly legible on the animals. ENDS
