BotswanaPost’s latest innovation, Posa’it is more than a technology marvel, but demonstrates the organisation’s effort to push boundaries and redefine industry standards.

BotswanaPost chief executive officer (CEO), Mr Cornelius Ramatlhakwane said this when he launched the new product recently.

He said it is a comprehensive financial technology application, which offered both postal traditional services and other diversified ones.

Mr Ramatlhakwane said the all-inclusive application housed BotswanaPost services and its other applications such as PosoMoney and DigiPost.

“The application targets individual users, hawkers and street vendors. It also enables users to easily access services such as paying for their Botswana Post insurances, subscriptions, electricity, renew vehicle licenses and performing traditional post office transactions including renewal of mailboxes,” he said.

He added that the application also enabled merchants to access a host of transactions and earn a commission for selling BotswanaPost services. “This new application is a true vision of BotswanaPost to innovate and execute for sustainable growth.,” he said.

He further said the organisation continued to devise strategies to avail services to the public without having to visit their offices and therefore, their commitment to technology remained unparalleled.

“Through digitalisation, BotswanaPost aims to diversify its online services to positively impact good customer services. Digital transformation empowers our customers to seamlessly enjoy these services with unparalleled easy,” he said. He said in recent years, the organisation had revamped its digitilisation efforts as illustrated by digital platforms it had provided to access services by its clients. ends
