Etsha Road to be dry graded

Assistant Minister of Local Government and Rural Developemnt Ms Botlogile Tshireletso has told Parliament that the 27km road between Etsha 1 and Etsha 6 including the section from the junction at Etsha 13 are scheduled to be dry graded between January and March 2014.
She said despite efforts made from October 2012 to December 2012 to rehabilitate the road, it is still in a bad state.
Ms Tshireletso said the ministry through the North West district council will continue to undertake maintenance interventions utilising the limited plant available within the council. MP for Ngami, Mr Taolo Habano had asked her to state plans in place to rehabilitate Etsha internal roads and if she is aware that the said gravel road is in a bad state. ENDS
