Electricity back at Artesia clinic

Assistant minister of Health, Dr Gloria Somolekae has told parliament that her ministry is aware that Artesia clinic maternity wing has been without electricity for the past two and half years.
She said the ceiling lights at the clinic have not been functional for about a year and a half due to electrical faults. The problem, she said has been resolved and the lights have been working since September 2013.
Dr Somolekae was responding to a question from Kgatleng West MP, Mr Gilbert Mangole who had asked the minister if she is aware that Artesia clinic maternity wing has been without electricity for the past two and half years and when will the problem be addressed. ENDS
