RASA to be reviewed next year

The Assistant Minister for Presidential Affairs and Public Administration, Mr Gaotlhaetse Matlhabaphiri has told Parliament that the current Remote Area Service Allowance (RASA) will be up for review in March next year.
This, he said, was in terms of Presidential Directive Cab 8/ 2013 which stated that the allowance was to be reviewed annually. He said the review would include villages of Lephephe, Medie, Ditshukudu and Dikgatlhong which were excluded in the Directive No 2 of 2013.
MP for Kweneng East, Major General Moeng Pheto had asked him to give an update on the progress made concerning the review of RASA allowance directive No 2 of 2013 which included Mahetlwe but excluded the other mentioned villages. Ends
