Botswana goes ahead with bid

BoNa 2027 chairperson, Ashford Mamelodi (left) and Minister of Youth, Gender, Sport and Culture, Tumiso Rakgare during a press briefing to update the media on Botswana’s position on Namibia pulling out of the joint CAF bid. Rakgare said Botswana was going ahead with the bid despite everything and would submit to CAF on May 23 as per the deadline.
