GU hold onto league top spot

Gaborone United (GU) continued to hold onto the Botswana Premier League top spot following a one-all draw against Jwaneng Galaxy in a game played at the National Stadium on Sunday. GU now has 26 points while Galaxy are in second place with 24 points. The first half was entertaining with both teams creating few chances. GU broke the ice through Thero Setsile’s goal in the 41st minute while Thabang Sesinyi scored for Galaxy in the 50th minute. Both team have so far played 10 games. DailynewsOnline
