Stadium damage cost at P600 000

The Francistown stadium’s damage cost is estimated at P600 000, Parliament has been told.
Minister of Infrastructure, Science and Technology, Mr Johnnie Swartz confirmed to Parliament that the Francistown integrated sports facility has been vandalised.
He told the house that unknown persons stripped the facility of its copper cabling and the matter was reported to Tati Town police station.Francistown South Member of Parliament, Mr Wynter Mmolotsi had asked the minister whether it was true that the Francistown stadium had been vandalised.He also wanted to know the estimated cost of the damage.
