Vice President Slumber Tsogwane (left) and Tanzania President Samia Suluhu Hassan at the opening ceremony of the 42nd SADC heads of state and government meeting in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo yesterday. DRC’s President Felix Tshisekedi is the new SADC chair taking over from President Dr Lazarus Chakwera of Malawi.
