Lokgwabe Sexagenarian found alive

The sexagenarian, Ms Florah Tshidi (69) of Lokgwabe, who was reported missing, has been found alive in the peripheries of Uki lands.
Ms Tshidi, had been missing since May 19, was found on May 30.In an interview with BOPA, Tshane acting station commander, Assistant Superintendent Osimilwe Mangena, confirmed that she was found alive by a group of community members in collaboration with church leaders from St Hebrews Apostolic Church of Africa.
He said the search for Ms Tshidi never ceased even after unsuccessful efforts with the use of an air craft last week.
He said the search party took a break on May 29 and continued the search on May 30 the day they found Ms Tshidi.
He said she was found showing some signs of life albeit in an unstable state.
Asst Supt Mangena, indicated that considering the number of the days she spent in the wilderness and under extreme weather conditions, the rescuers rushed her to Hukuntsi Primary Hospital for medical attention.
He said that she was currently under health care observation pending interviews. ENDS
