Reverend Stoffert Matsila of UCCSA, who died last Saturday at Thamaga Primary  Hospital, will be buried at his farm near Hatsalatladi tomorrow.

Rev. Matsila, 63, who was based in Thamaga, died while conducting a funeral service for one of his congregants in Thamaga.

A family spokesperson, Ms Teboyamatlho Koko said the deceased complained about shortness of breath during the service before requesting to be taken home.

She said the deceased’s condition deteriorated on the way home and was rushed to Thamaga Primary Hospital where he died later.

Rev. Matsila, who hails from Boswelakoko ward in Molepolole, became a pastor in 2002 as an intern under the Ramotswa congregation before he was ordained a full-time pastor in 2005.

He served in various ministries in Mmankgodi, Molepolole, Gabane and Thamaga where he served until his  death.

His memorial service was held at Thamaga UCCSA on Wednesday and  the funeral service will be conducted at his Ga-Rammalanyane farm. Ends
