Orapa United are Mascom Charity Cup champions after beating Security System 1-0 in a poorly attended final in Francistown on Saturday. Orapa United proceeded to the finals after knocking out Gaborone United with a 5-3 score through a penalty shootout of a game that had ended in a one-all draw in the Semi-finals. Security System beat BDF 4-3, also on penalty shootouts. Orapa United pocketed P250 000 while Security Systems walked away with P150 000. Other semi-finalists pocketed P90 000 each. Player of the tournament award went to Tapiwa Namanjiva of Orapa United who pocketed P15 000, while goalkeeper of the tournament was grabbed by Orapa United goalkeeper, Lesenya Malapela, who got P6 000. There was no top goal scorer award presented.
