Minister of International Affairs and Cooperation Dr Lemogang Kwape will on April 3 attend the Extraordinary Meeting of the SADC Ministerial Committee of the Organ Troika in Pretoria, South Africa.

A press statement from the Ministry of International Affairs and Cooperation states that the meeting will deliberate on the political and security situation in Mozambique and Eswatini as well as receive progress report on the SADC Mission in Mozambique (SAMIM).

It further says the Extraordinary Troika Meeting, which will be preceded by the senior officials meeting will be attended by ministers from the SADC region responsible for Foreign Affairs, Defence, Public and State Security.

The release states that Dr Kwape will be joined by the Minister of Defence, Justice and Security Mr Kagiso Mmusi and senior government officials. Ends/bopa/dm030422
