Cote d Ivoire benchmarks Botswana on social protection

Minister of Local Government and Rural Development, Mr Eric Molale will host the Minister of Solidarity and Fight Against Poverty of Cote D’Ivoire, Ms Myss Belmonde Dogo from today until Saturday.
A press release from the ministry says Ms Dogo and her delegation will be on a three-day study tour on social protection programmes in Botswana.
The release says the delegation will learn and appreciate the government’s Social Protection Framework, as well as the best practices on the successful models to address poverty among the citizenry.
The delegation is expected to tour some poverty eradication projects in the country. The delegation is expected to leave Botswana on November 13, 2021. ends
