Relay Team in Battle this afternoon

Botswana 4x400 men’s relay team will be bolstered by the presence of Anthony Pesela in a final scheduled for 5:10pm today at ongoing World Under 20 Athletics Championships in Kenya.
Botswana finished on position three in the semifinals with a season best time of 3:06.33. and Pesela did not feature because he was preparing for the 400 metre final that he won.
Now his presence is expected to instill more confidence in team made up of Busang Kebinatshipi, Phenyo Majama, Thusoyaone Gabanatlhong, and Oreeditse Masede.
Botswana would be starting on lane eight against Italy, Romania, Nigeria, Jamaica, Ecuador, Kenya and Poland.
The team coach Chilume Ntshwarang said in an interview that the athletes were fired-up, adding that they were motivated by Pesela’s performance.ENDS
