United Congressional Church of Southern Africa (UCCSA) has ordained, Mr Tebogelo Taolo to become a reverend of Bobonong church.
During the ordination ceremony in Bobonong recently, Reverend Stoffet Matsila reminded Reverend Taolo that as the shepherds of the people they were charged with being exemplary in preforming Christian duties as true representatives of Christ.
Reverend Matsila instructed the ordinand to commit to teaching and spreading the word at all times whilst maintaining some patience in dealing with people of divergent characters.
He reminded Reverend Taolo that all scriptures led and or inspired by the holy spirit were beneficial in teaching, rebuking, guiding so that church members could be spiritually fit.
In his acceptance, the Reverend Taolo declared that he would perform his duties with the guidance of God.
Earlier, Reverend Taolo narrated his journey as an evangelist spanning from his days in Maunatlala until he landed in Bobonong where he finally received his ordination.
Reverend Taolo started as an evangelist in Maunatlala in 2002, spent a period between 2005 to 2008 in Sehithwa before moving on to Gumare until 2010. In 2010 he relocated to Tonota for four years before landing in Bobonong.
A native of Mmutlane, Reverend Taolo said he had always been a prayer warrior in his youthful days where he prayed at school and for his home football team. He claimed to have been such a trusted man of prayer that at times his team took him for a fortune teller before games. ENDS
