 The acting Permanent Secretary to the President and Secretary to Cabinet, Ms Emmah Peloetletse has announced the appointments, promotions and transfers of senior public officers.

 

i. Mr Ernest Mosate has been appointed on promotion from Directorate on Corruption and Economic Crime as Director General in the counter terrorism analysis and fusion agency.

ii. Mr Boniface Mphetlhe has appointed on promotion as Coordinator - Public Private Partnership in the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development.

iii. Mr Olesitse Masimega has been appointed on promotion as Secretary - Development Budget in the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development.

iv. Ms Priscila Israel has been appointed on promotion as Deputy Director General in the Directorate on Corruption and Economic Crime.

v. Dr Onalenna Seitio-Kgokgwe has been appointed as Deputy Permanent Secretary - Health Services Monitoring and Evaluation, Quality Assurance in the Ministry of Health and Wellness.

vi. Dr Cyril Taolo has been appointed on promotion as Government Liaison Officer in the Gaborone Declaration for Sustainability in Africa in the Ministry of Environment, Natural Resources and Tourism.

vii. Mr Gideon Mmolawa has been appointed on promotion as Deputy Permanent Secretary - Trade in the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry.

viii. Ms Boikhutso  Botlhole has been appointed Acting Secretary - Safety and Security in the Ministry of Defense, Justice and Security.

ix. Ms Lesedi Kgotlele has been appointed on promotion as Director - Industrial Affairs in the Ministry of Investments, Trade and Industry.

x. Mr Bonnie Jim has been appointed on promotion as Director - Productivity and Work Ethic in the Ministry of Employment, Labour Productivity and Skills Development.

xi. Dr Uamunovandu Tjinjeka has been appointed on promotion as Consultant - Plastic Surgeon in the Ministry of Health and Wellness.

xii. Mr Modibedi Tladi has been appointed on promotion as Assistant Director of Public Prosecutions - Lobatse Region in the Attorney General’s Chambers

xiii. Mr Lesedi Poloko  has been appointed on promotion as Assistant Secretary for Legislative Drafting in the Attorney General’s  Chambers.

xiv. Ms Refilwe Mosele has been appointed on promotion as Assistant Secretary for International and Commercial Services in the Attorney General Chambers.

xv. Mr Dumisani Marapo has been appointed on promotion as Assistant Director of Public Prosecutions-Assets Forfeiture in the Attorney General’s chambers.

xvi. Mr Terrence Ntalabgwe has been re-designated and transferred to Kweneng District Council as Senior Council Secretary Molepolole/Lentsweletau Sub District Council.

xvii. Mr Moemi Batshabang has been transferred from the Department of Wildlife and National Parks- Gaborone to the Department of Wildlife and National Parks (Botswana Wildlife Training Institute) in Maun.

xviii. Mr Mpho Mathe has been transferred to Kgalagadi District Council as Council Secretary.

 xix. Mr Norman Patlakwe has been transferred to Kanye District Administration Authority as the Deputy District Commissioner.
