Olympism is friendship

France Ambassador, Laurence Beau Minister of Youth Empowerment, Sport and Culture, Tumiso Rakgare and Botswana National Olympic Committee president, Col Botsang Tshenyego finished the ten kilometers walk with a sprint during the launch of Olympic Day Celebration in Gaborone on Monday.
Mr Rakgare said olympism was a lifestyle and represented a cultural movement, founded on the cornerstones of Olympic values of Excellence, Respect and friendship.
