Teenage boy found hanging

Kanye police are investigating a case in which a 15-year-old boy was found hanging in his bedroom on Sunday March 28 at GaMahikana ward in Kanye.
Superintendent Mmoloki Mogale confirmed the incident to BOPA in an interview on Tuesday, adding that the boy was doing Form One at Tlhomo Junior Secondary School.
He said the boy’s family was equally shocked by the incident and there was nothing to suggest he had a problem at home.
Supt. Mogale said investigations were ongoing to establish what could have triggered the boy to cut his life short. He advised parents to observe their children’s behavioral patterns and talk to them, especially when they seemed withdrawn. Ends
