Botswana motor cross biker, Ross Branch, also known as the Kalahari Ferrari, competing at the 2021 Dakar Rally suffered a setback when 31 kilometers into the race, his Yamaha bike crashed.
Branch, who started second in the seventh stage of the race emerged unscathed, but the same could not be said for his motorbike. However, Branch was successful in fixing it but had lost 32 minutes, which was a serious blow for the rider in the general standings. Ends
