Spiritual Healing Church abide by curfew

Leader of Spiritual Healing Church, Apostle Joseph Motswasele says the church was not affected by curfew hours as they held their crossover service on Friday morning.
Speaking in interview with BOPA, Apostle Motswasele said when things were normal, they usually conducted their service from 8am to 12pm, but to observe COVID-19 protocols and curfew, they had to alter their schedule so that they abide with set regulations.
He said on January 1, they congregated for their crossover service from 10am to 12pm bearing in mind wearing of mask, sanitising and social distancing.
“Before COVID-19 outbreak, all members from all the 78 branches countrywide used to congregate in Matsiloje which is the church headquarters,” he said.
Mahalapye as the church’s head office, he said was set aside for conferences and committee meetings, while Good Fridays were held in Matsiloje where all branches converge.
He noted that on January 9, 15 church leaders would assemble and get the church message for the year to be shared with their members in their areas.
Apostle Motswasele said due to the outbreak and effects of COVID-19, they found it proper to theme this year to be the year of spiritual resurrection and upliftment. ENDS
