Botswana scored another first as Botswana Volleyball Federation (BVF) president Daniel Molaodi was elected into the Federation of International Volleyball (FIVB) board of administration.

He was elected during, Confederation of African Volleyball (CAVB) elective congress recently. Moalodi was elected by member countries.

According to communication from BVF, his appointment would run for a period of four years, adding that he would also serve in the CAVB board of administration.

It further states that BVF urged all stakeholders to afford him the necessary support he may need in performing his duties.

The communication indicates that the board of administration was responsible for the overall management of FIVB, overseeing work of national federations, confederations, commissions and councils as well as appointing of officials including the executive committee. Ends
