DPSM dismisses social media reports on govt payroll changes

The Directorate of Public Service Management (DPSM) says social media allegations of government decision on a fortnightly wages and salary date payment are false and misleading.
A press statement from DPSM which refers to a leaked official document referenced DPSM 9/1/8 I (92) circulating on social media platforms regarding changes in the government Payroll Management System, states that the change is still an internal consultative matter between the employer and the Trade Unions.
An official statement will be issued once the consultations had been concluded, states the release. ENDS
