President Masisi consoles Motsewabeng family

President Dr Mokgweetsi Masisi has lauded the Motsewabeng family for staying strong and having hope despite the heart wrenching loss of their son Tshepo Motsewabeng.
Speaking during a short visit to the family on August 19 afternoon the President expressed his heartfelt condolences. He said he was touched when he learnt of Motsewabeng’s passing.
He described the late Motsewabeng as a patient, selfless, hardworking and committed man.
The President said he had known Motsewabeng for some time and as a passionate art lover they had discussions on the topic.
Motsewabeng was head of graphics in the department of information services but later retired from service after a road accident.
President Masisi asked the family to find comfort in the arms of the Lord.
He said their late father, husband and son exhibited all attributes of a family man and a hard worker.
He said Motsewabeng never gave up on whatever he was doing and was a perfectionist.
A relative, Mr Mooki Setlhabi said the family was consoled by President Masisi’s visit.
He said his brother Motsewabeng was injured in a car crash in 2011 and was paralysed.
He said the deceased went through several hospital visits following the accident and passed on after undergoing surgery and when the whole family thought he was feeling much better.
He described his brother as a loving man who had a good heart. He said even though he was physically unwell, Motsewabeng was strong spiritually.
President Masisi was accompanied by area MP Mr Mmusi Kgafela and Bakgatla regent Kgosi Bana Sekai.ends
