The Assistant Minister for Presidential Affairs, Governance and Public administration, Mr Dumezweni Mthimkhulu says there are currently 48 persons with severe and profound disabilities in Sefhare – Ramokgonami Constituency.

He said that amongst 48 persons with severe and profound disabilities, 45 were currently receiving Disability Allowance of P450 each per month.

The assistant minister indicated that the remaining three, two in Machaneng and one in Tumasera had been assessed and approved for receipt of the Disability Allowance, adding that they would duly receive their monthly payment from August.

Sefhare – Ramokgonami MP, Dr Kesitegile Gobotswanang had asked the minister to state the number of persons with severe disabilities in Sefhare – Ramokgonami Constituency and the number of those who received Disability Allowance. Ends
