PSP announces movement of 10 senior public officers

The Permanent Secretary to the President has announced appointments, promotions and transfers of 10 senior public officers effective from the date of assumption of duty.
Mr Elias Magosi, also secretary to cabinet, says in a press release that Dr Oduetse Koboto has been promoted permanent secretary in the Ministry of Environment, Natural Resources, Conservation and Tourism.
The release says Professor Nelson Torto is now permanent secretary in the Ministry of Tertiary Education, Research, Science and Technology.
Mr Kealeboga Molelowatladi has been appointed acting accountant general in the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development while Mr Kelapile Ndobano has been promoted secretary for economic and financial policy in the same ministry.
Meanwhile, Mr David Mosetse has been seconded to the Botswana Public Service College as executive director.
Also promoted are Mr Earnest Mosate to the level of deputy director general, Directorate on Corruption and Economic Crime and Mr Lamec Nthekela who assumes the position of deputy permanent secretary in the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry.
The release says Mr Nchena Mothebe has been appointed deputy permanent secretary - green technology and energy security in the Ministry of Mineral Resources, Green Technology and Energy Security.
Ms Boitumelo Gofhamodimo has been appointed deputy secretary - macroeconomic policy in the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development while Ms Neo Sebolao is now acting deputy permanent secretary - policy development and research in the Ministry of Tertiary Education, Research, Science and Technology.
