BSB donates masks to school

Botswana Savings Bank (BSB) has donated 250 masks to Bonwapitse Primary School in the Central District.
When handing over the masks on Thursday, BSB Mahalapye branch manager, Ms Lesego Thema said this was done under the bank’s ‘I care programme.’
“We chose to begin our donations at Bonwapitse Primary School since it has more than 200 pupils compared to other schools which have around 150. We chose the colour navy for the masks in consideration of the colour of the school uniform and we believe the children will take care of them and stay safe,” stated Ms Thema.
The school head, Ms Grace Tlhabiwa, thanked BSB for the noble gesture.
She encouraged pupils to observe COVID-19 protocols and look after the masks. Ends
