Police BDF escort trucks

Truck drivers on transit to SADC countries were registered in Francistown by Orapa turn and escorted to Dukwi this week.
Security officers said the trucks would be escorted by various teams until they exit the country.
They said government had taken a decision to escort trucks from points of entry to their delivery depots and transit route to ensure safety of both the public and the drivers.
The move was made after recent cases where two truck drivers tested positive to COVID-19.
