Tapiwa filling station donates

Tapiwa filling station has donated food hampers worth P41 000 to 100 families in Boteti.
The company representative, Ms Gigi Mahube, stated that the aim was to support Batswana hard hit by the COVID-19 pandemic economically, socially and emotionally.
She noted that Tapiwa flling station, Granny’s Lodge, Granny’s Kitchen and Dawn Perfect events received unwavering support from the community of Boteti over a period of 30 years of existence and it was therefore crucial to respond to their needs.
Ms Mahube indicated that the situation was disheartening and believed that the nation could conquer the virus if they worked in unity.
Kgosi Ewetsemang Retlhatloleng commended community members for their contribution, saying it would make a significant impact amongst members of the community.
Boteti Sub-district council chairperson, Councillor Molemi Galeragwe, commended Tapiwa Filling Station for realising and responding to the community’s needs during the COVID-19 pandemic and thanked the company for partnering with government towards fighting the pandemic. Ends
