School maintenance on-going

Maintenance of 14 out of 25 schools in Letlhakeng Sub-District has been completed with the remainder targeted to be complete by end of May 2020.
Speaking in an interview with BOPA, the Senior Assistant Council Secretary (SACS) Mr Joseph Segopa said maintenance of toilets and installation of hand wash basins had been done in many schools while a few would be done soon.
He said sanitisers dispensers had been installed in all the 25 schools with refills given to schools while fumigation exercise had been completed in 10 schools.
Mr Segopa added that two primary schools being Tshwaane and Malwelwe were having new toilet blocks being constructed and they were at 55 per cent, adding that the project would be completed before end of May. Ends
