Food Bank Botswana donates to SOS Village

Food Bank Botswana Trust in collaboration with Global Food Banking Network has donated food hampers worth more than P10 500 to S.O.S village in Tlokweng in response to the COVID-19 food relief call by President Mokgweetsi Masisi.
Receiving the donation on May, SOS social worker, Ms Mpho Gakedirelwe expressed gratitude to Food Bank Botswana Trust, saying their generosity would contribute significantly towards the running of the centre since donations had gone down due to the pandemic.
Co-founder of Food Bank Botswana Trust, Ms Keene Sonny said they found it fit to support S.O.S village with food as a response to the COVID-19 pandemic, and that they would continue to donate when the need arose. ENDS
