No one accommodated at Ghanzi isolation centre

Ghanzi District Health Management Team (DHMT) coordinator says currently no one is admitted at the township's isolation centre.
Ms Keitumetse Maapatsane said in an interview on Wednesday that the last person, who was isolated was cleared recently after completing the required 14-day period and tested negative.
She indicated that they also recently discharged five people from Kalahari Arms Hotel quarantine centre, after testing negative.
Again, Ms Maapatsane said six people who were on self-quarantine tested negative, three of which were in Charleshill and the other in Ncojane.
In addition, she said eight staff members who did COVID-19 routine tests had also tested negative.
Nevertheless, Ms Maapatsane said there were four people quarantined at Kalahari Arms Hotel, who returned from Namibia on April 20.
She also indicated that five others were quarantined at Getrest Guest House in Charleshill, also returning from Namibia recently. ends
